Hello all! I am currently in the middle of a mountain of clothes and shoes that have to be packed away for my journey. Tomorrow cannot come soon enough! I have been anxiously awaiting this trip for about a year now, so I am incredibly excited to be going. It is a dream come true that I will be eating pasta in Italy, walking down the aisle that Kate Middleton just did, and looking out over the green hills of Ireland on my 21st birthday (Who else can say they did that?). I will miss all of my friends and family (and Jake) but the eight weeks will fly by! So I hope everyone enjoys my future posts and the next one will be from Liverpool, England :)
Signing out,
Liv
I, as the mother of the traveler, am somewhat sad this evening as our family sits down for a "bon voyage/celebatory/see you at the end of July" dinner.
ReplyDeleteI will pause, as I often do, to look across the table at my youngest and remember the day that she was given to us. Seems like really yesterday - literally! Please keep Liv in your prayers and the rest of us as we wait anxiously for her to fulfill some of her dreams. It is a good thing I have the rest of my "fam" to distract me. I hope Em has alot of time to spend with her ole Mum and Dad (say it with an english accent - we have adopted the english accent to make Liv feel the culture.
Well off to the family table to gaze at my beautiful "ADVENTUROUS" daughter!
Peace!
